1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ValuSpect's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ValuSpect's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

To the extent permitted by Austrian and EU law, ValuSpect and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of mandatory statutory provisions under Austrian or EU law. ValuSpect's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The materials appearing on ValuSpect's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ValuSpect does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, specifically the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and applicable EU regulations. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria. These Terms of Service comply with applicable EU law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account.
